　腺腫は一般に外科，婦人科領域に於いてはしばしばみられる疾病であるが鼻科領域では内外を問わず極めて稀な疾病である。我々は最近上顎洞に原発したと思われる一症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of adenoma of the maxillary sinus is reported. The patient was a 33 year old man whose chief complaints were epiphora of the right eye and obstruction of the right nare for the period of about 10 months. The tu-mor was removed by the technique of hemi-lateral rhinotomy and it was found to be arising from the upper wall of the right ma-xillary sinus. The post-operative course was smooth and uneventful. The patient, so far as at present, showed no sign of recurrence. Histological findings revealed the tumor to be an adenoma involving the paranasal sinus which is indeed a very rare disease.
