I．はじめに

　多形腺腫は耳下腺，顎下腺などの大唾液腺に好発するが，小唾液腺の分布する口蓋，口腔底，頬粘膜，舌，口唇などにもみられ^1），また稀ではあるが組織学的に唾液腺との類似点をもつ鼻腺，涙腺，汗腺，乳腺などからも発生する^2-4）ことが知られている。

　鼻腔内に発生する多形腺腫は稀な腫瘍であるが，本邦での報告例の大部分は鼻中隔から発生^2-7）しており，鼻腔側壁からの発生はきわめて少ない。われわれは最近下鼻甲介前端から鼻限にかけて基部をもった多形腺腫の症例を神験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Pleomorphic adenomas of the nasal cavity usual-ly originate from the nasal septum, and those which originate from the lateral nasal wall are rare.

A 62-year-old woman complained of left nasal obstruction and nasal bleeding. In her left nasal cavity there was a firm, smooth, gray tumor which originated from the limen nasi to the anterior end of the inferior turbinate. The tumor was excised by the intranasal approach. The histolog-ical diagnosis of the tumor was pleomorphic adenoma. The tumor was thought to be origi-nated from the anterior nasal gland.
