幼児に見られた鼻腔，副鼻腔粘液腫の1例

　I．緒言

　粘液腫は稀な疾患で皮下，骨膜，漿膜下，粘膜下等に発生するが，鼻腔，副鼻腔領域の本症の報告例は今日迄に10例内外に過ぎず，本邦ではShirota^1），中村^2）貝塚^3）等によつて夫々1例ずつの報告がなされている。著者は最近5歳の男児に発生した本症の1例を経験したのでその概要を報告したい。

　A case of myxoma that invaded the right maxillary sinus, ethmoids, sphenoid and the nasal cavity is reported ; the patient was a male child, aged 5. The tumor caused a swelling of the face, exophthalmos, visionary disturbances and nasal obstruction. The tumor after removal weighed 110g.
