Two cases of nasal cylindroma are reported. Case I.A man aged 27 with a history of having had epistaxis of 3 years standing was operated on several occasions for polyposisand sinusitis. The diagnosis of cylindroma was established by microscopic examination. Partial resection of the maxilla was performed by Denker's method and 1482 mgst of radium irradiation was given the area of the removal.

Case II. A woman, aged 33, with a complaint of nasal obstructions was operated on several occasions for bleeding polyps and sinusitis. No improvement was seen thereafter. The diagnosis of cylindroma was made by microscopical examination. The patient was treated with Denker's operation and radium irradiation.

Morphologically cylinbrona is benign tumor consisting of glandular tissues, but, clinically it is capable of invasions into surrounding tissues and of causing metastasis into remoter parts ; it would be best considered as a malginancy and the treatment of this condition should be likewise in accordance to that of a malignant tumor.
