Ⅰ．緒言
外鼻全欠損は極く稀なものであり，その原因としては結核，梅毒，癩，外傷等があげられている。私は鼻腔開放部閉鎖後来院した爆発による外鼻欠損に対し造鼻術を行つたので報告する。
A plastic reconstruction of the nose was performed in a case in whom the external nose was partially destroyed due to a blast of an explosion. Two years following this plastic surgery the patient is found with normal nasal breathing and without changes in the external feature of the reconstructed nose.
