　I．緒言

　職業性難聴の補償は人道的，医学的，社会的，経済的状勢のため最近大きな問題として取上げられ，労働省の全国的実態調査結果に基づき難聴の現補償基準の改訂にも及ぶのではないかという現況を中心に説明し，諸先生のこの方面への関心と注意を引きたいのである。

The author points out the necessity of fu-rther study on the question of occupational deafness with deeper and broader aspects because the greater part of this problem is still unsolved. Occupational deafness in this country is not only in the trend of increase but the standard by which such cases are compensated is even more questionable.
