本邦文献上に現われた舌血管腫の統計的観察

　緒言

　舌血管腫の報告は今日では相当数にのぼると考えられるが，伊達（1942）は僅か15例，高橋，山口，鹿島（1952）は18例，和泉（1957）は24例，岡本，櫨山（1959）は33例を本邦文献より集めているに過ぎない。我々は本邦文献上に報告された舌血管腫を洩れなく集録した結果，46例の多きを数え，これに自験例1例（誌上発表予定）を加えた47例について統計的観察を行つたので報告する。

In reviewing 47 cases of vascular tumor re-ported in the literature of this country the following facts are established : Cases are predominent among the females over the males numbering almost as twice as many ; relatively a large number of cases occured in childen less than 10 years of age. In ma-jority of cases the lesion was singular inoccurrence while in few other it was multi-ple. The size of the tumors ranged from the tip of the little finger to that of the thumb ; the variety was distributed equally between the simple and spongiform types, more com-plicated types were not found. The treat-ment consisted of surgical intervention in most cases but more recent reports showed the use of X-ray and radon seeds with grati-fying results.
