　Ⅰ．緒言

　舌，咽頭，喉頭に発生する腫瘍は数多いが，血管腫は比較的まれなものである。われわれは，舌背，口蓋扁桃を含む咽頭側壁，および舌根部より舌喉頭蓋窩にわたり，それぞれ独立多発し，下顎骨の発達にも影響を与えたのではないかと考えられる巨大な血管腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A woman, aged 24, was found to be affe-cted with a large tumor in the right subman-dibular region that existed since the patient was 3 years old. This tumor was repeatedly treated by cobalt and radonseed irradiation without any effect. It gradually increased in size independently of the pharyngeal space and the dorsum of the tongue. The tumor was surgically removed with a complete cure of the patient; microscopically it was found to be varicose tumor.
