I．緒言
松田教授は咽頭晴型として，口蓋垂の奇型，咽頭の非対称性，咽頭の狭窄，口蓋弓の穿孔，咽頭憩室，頸瘻，頸嚢腫等の記載を行つている。最近吾々は都南病院耳鼻科外来を訪れた12歳の男子で上述の咽頭畸型に属さない咽頭畸型の1例に遭遇したので報告する。
Pharyngeal malformation was found in a boy aged 12, who complained of marked abnor-mality of speech voice. As an infant the child had difficulty in sucking and also in brea-thing. In the right side of oropharynx the anterior pillar as well as the tonsillar fossa were completely absent and the right tonsil was closely adherent to a portion of the tin-gue root.
