緒言

　我が耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける所謂混合腫瘍に就いては数多くの報告があるが，中でも耳下腺混合腫瘍はその代表的なものとされている。然し鼻腔混合腫瘍は甚だ稀である。

　私共は最近前篩骨蜂窠より中鼻道に発生した鼻腔混合腫癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A tumor is found in the middle meatus of the nasal cavity in a man, aged 44, that proved to be, by microscopic examination, a mixed tumor resembling much such a tumor of the parotid glands. It apparently originated from the anterior ethmoidal cells and occupied the space of the middle meatus. The cause of its origin could not be revealed. After the removal of the tumor the author treated this area by X-ray irradiation having in mind the possible turn of malignancy though it appeared to be benign.
