いわゆる皮膚混合腫瘍症例追加

SO-CALLED MIXED TUMOR OF THE SKIN

I．はじめに

　いわゆる皮膚混合腫瘍は，主として管腔腺様構造を示す上皮性腫瘍組織と粘液腫様あるいはまた軟骨様基質を含む豊富な間質からなる一種の汗腺腫瘍である^17）。

　本邦では，比較的稀な腫瘍であるが，当教室よりすでに2例が報告され^17），その際本邦13例が集計された。その後，三木，久保^8）15），猪股^14）また服部^13）より，6例の症例追加があり，現在本邦例は19例に達する。最近我々は，再び本腫瘍の2例を経験したので，ここに追加報告したい。

Two female cases with so-called mixed tumor on the face were reported. Twenty one cases including these two have been reported in Japan.

Histologic specimen showed pictures of trichoepithelioma as well as those of typical mixed tumor.

There were cases with the tendency of differentiation to pilary complex or with findings of apocrine secretion. Its histogenesis is suggested to have a tendency of dovelopment to the apo-crine gland.
