口蓋に発生せる混合腫瘍症例

　I．緒言

　口蓋に発生する混合腫瘍は，しばしば報告されている所であるが，我々も，最近混合腫瘍の2例を経験し，其の1例は，部位的に稀な口蓋垂に発生したものであり，他の1例は，極めて巨大なる点で興味あると思われるので報告する。

Two cases of mixed tumor of the palate are reported. In one case the tumor was found in rather a rare situation the uvula ; in the other case it occurred in the soft palate. In the latter the tumor weighed 73 g after its removal.
