眼窩混合腫瘍の1症例について

A case of the orbital mixed tumor

　眼窩混合腫瘍は臨床上比較的稀有な疾患であり，臨床所見より診断を確定する事は不可能である。著者は最近82歳の女子に対して眼窩腫瘍摘出手術を行なつたが，摘出腫瘍切片の病理組織学的検査の結果所謂「混合腫瘍」の像を呈していたので以下に記載する。

A case of so-called mixed tumor which is;appeared to grow up from lacrimal gland region is presented. The patient, 82 years old female, had suffered, since about two years, from sight disturbance and had been treated as primary glaucom at an eye clinic. Since a half year, painless swelling appeared on the left upper lid, which became remarka-ble with time. In the meantime, the sight disturbance were going worse and before about 3 months she lost her sight. Before a week, she had an acute pains in her left eye and came to my clinic.
