興味ある白血球の消長を示した進行性壞疽性鼻炎に就て

　曩に私共は本症の2例に就て其の剖検所見と共に報告し，其本質に関する考察を行い，本症が其の組織像にて腫膓の像を呈するにも拘らず臨床像はNekroseの進行を主体とするものであつて，腫瘍の発育増大の像とは異るものであり，寧ろ炎症像に近いものであるとの見解を述べたのであるが，其後に至り更に1例を経験し，その血液像，就中白血球数の消長と病像との間に興味ある関係を見たので此処に報告する。

Horigbchi reports a fatal case of prolressi-ve necrotic rhinitis. The points of interest in this case which occurred in a man aged 57 may be enumerated as repeated manifestation of changes in general bodily reactions from better to worse or visa versa depending upon the conditions that were shown by leucocyte counts; e.g., showing of general improve-ment with leucocytosis. In such a state activity of abnormal development of granula-tions around the border of necrotic area situ-ated in the palate became more attenuated; abetter blood supply appeared to be established in the surrounding mucous membrane;and, the Progress of necrotic process to be seemin-gly checked. However, with the onset of dec-reased count of leucocytes the patient bagan to lose his ground and finally died
