　緒言

　1937年トルコのH, Behcetが口腔粘膜，外陰部及び眼部の粘膜を同時に侵す慢性再発性潰瘍疾患に上記名称を与えて注目を浴び，その後もこの類似疾患と共に諸家の研究に依り著しい進境を示してはいるが，その本態に就いては未だ判然とせず今日に及んでいる。最近私はBehcet氏症候群と思われる1症例に遭遇したので茲に報告する。

　Murakami reports a case in whom the symptoms resembled that of Behcet's syndrome. A woman, aged 45, reveals a history of having suffered for past 20 years from repeated occurrence of aphthos ulcerations in the mouth and lips, sores on the genitals and eye troubles. The sores on the mouth had tendency to recur especially on the lip at the vermillion border. From the fact that the use of minophagen-C being effective in attaining a cure and others gathered from microscopic tissue examination the author concludes that the disease appear to be allergic in nature.
