Behcet氏症候群に対するゲルマニン（Bayer 205）の使用経験

　身体竅口部，殊に口腔，眼部及び外陰部を中心として粘膜，皮膚を犯し，極めて難治且つ再発の傾向が強く，慢性の経過を辿る1群の症候群を，1937年にBehcetが新疾患として発表して以来，本症に関する報告例数は比較的少く，又未だにその本態が極められて居ないために，治療法は千差万別の感があり，一定の方針が見られない現状である。最近私は本症の2例にゲルマニンを使用しその効果の著しきを認めたので報告する。

HIRABAYASHI notes with 2 cases success-ful effects of use of Germanin (Bayer 205) in treatment of Behcet's symdrome. The patients were cured within 20 days with this agent and so far in the period of 4.5 and 3 months obser-vation there has been no signs of recurrence of the disease.
