慢性副鼻腔炎患者に於ける血管神経性素質に就て

　慢性副鼻腔炎と体質殊にアレルギー性体質との関聯に就て研究するに当り我々は先づ本症粘膜の病理組織学的に精細な検索を行い之を慢性カタル型（第Ⅰ型）混合型（第Ⅱ型）浸潤型（第Ⅲ型）及び線維型（第Ⅳ型）の四型に分類すると共に各粘膜型に対するアレルギー性疾患の発現度及び自律神経系機能等に就ての検査を行いその大要に就ては既に発表するところがあつたが今回は更に血管系に対する検査の成績につき報告致したいと思う。

　即ち前回に既に述べた如く慢性副鼻腔炎にアレルギー性炎症が関聯するとすれば当然アレルギー体質乃至素質が関与することが考えられるが就中H．Kämmerer^2）（1954）はアレルギー素質についての記載中，一定の病的反応を容易ならしめるための器官低価性Organminderwertigkeitの存在を考慮すべきであると述べている。即ちアレルギー性炎に於て最も著明にその変化を現わす器官は血管系統であるからそめ機能はアレルギー体質の構成因子として重要な意義を有するものと思われるので特に検査の対象に選んだのである。

The study coy ered 60 patients suffering of chronic sinusitis and 10 of vasomotor rhinitis. of the 55 indivi duals who failed to show loc-alized hemorrhage among this Group the state of thier capillary permeabillity is studied with the finger subje cted to negative pressure.

As a result evidence of vasomotor disturb ance is shown in considerable number of those who suffered chronic sinusitis. Vasomotor sy mptoms appeared to be the outstanding basis of the trouble among sufferers of non-purulent chronic sinusitis and that they seem to be clo sely related to manifestations of allergy.
