慢性副鼻腔炎の皮内反応

　吾々は慢性副鼻腔炎とアレルギー（以下「ア」と略記）との関係について既に病理組織学的所見に関し観察するところあり，更に患者の「ア」性疾患の家族的発現率について検索し，又更に自律神経機能，上顎洞内潴溜液の好酸球浸潤度等々各方面について検査を施行，その大要について既に発表するところがあつたが，今回は皮内反応による検査成績について報告致したいと思う。

　即ち或る疾患に「ア」の関与が想像せられた際予想される抗原を使用して「ア」反応を起さしめて診断並びに原因を決定しようとする試みは屡々利用されているのであるが，その際抗原を皮内に注射してそこに生ずる反応より之を推察しようとするのが皮内反応の目的である。

Yamada and associates conduct skin tests for allergic reactions, using extracts of house dust as antigens, upon individuals affected witn chro-nic sinusitis and vasomotor rhinitis and for the purpose of control npon those normal iu health. The application of the antigen is made either by scratch-method or intradennal injection.The greatest number of positive tests are fouud amo-ng suffers of vasomotor rhinitis which is follo-wed by that of chronic sinusitis; the least amo-ng individuals normal in health.

Similar tests are also conducted by using 0.1% solution of histamine as control; the results conform to those that are obtained by use of house dust.
