アイロタイシンに依るヂフテリア治験例並びに新グラム及びナイセル染色変法について

　日本のヂフテリア患者の発生状況は，終戦を境として，急激に減少しはじめ，以後昨年までは年年減る一方で，インターンの教材にも困る程になつた。

　然し，昨年以降，時折外来にヂフテリア患者を見るようになつた。之は黒川等が，ヂフテリアに対する感受性のある人が意外に多い事実を提起したことと相俟つて，今後我々耳鼻咽喉科医は勿論広く臨床医家の関心を抱くべき問題であると思う。

As to stain Diphtheria bacillus, moreover, they attempt a new GRAM's staining method, which has been used for pathogenic micro-organism of Ring- rott (Bakterium spedonicum SPIECKERMANN) which looks very much like the bacillus in question, and, as a post proof, GINS's modi- fication by adding a iodine-lactic acid process of NEISSER's method. Acording to their results it must be admitted that both of these are in regard to staining differetiation to those in ordinal use.
