Oroantralfistelを合併せる巨大なる硬口蓋血管腫特にOroantralfistelの閉鎖術に就いて

　口蓋腫瘍は其良性，悪性何れを問わず，極めて稀な疾患である。其の中で，混合腫，内被細胞腫癌腫等は時折り報告例もあり，日常の臨床に於いて稀に診る事があるが，茲に発表せんとする口蓋血管腫は口腔外科方面は別として耳鼻咽喉科領域の専門誌上に殆んど見当らない。殊に，極めて短時日の間に著明な増大を繰返し，其の根部に上顎洞へ通ずる瘻孔を有した例は文献に見たことがない。又此瘻孔の閉鎖術を歯牙の状況を考慮して実施した処，幸い期待以上の成果を收め得たので諸賢の御批判を乞う次第である。

SHIBATA describes an oro-antral fistula that connected the maxillary sinus to the oral cavity and that showed a concommittant presence of a large angioma. A review of literature is made which treats with the sub-ject on the method of closure of such a pas-sage. The author employs Berger's method of closure in this case.
