臨床應用を旨とした語音オーヂオメトリーに就いて（Speech Audiogramの作成）

　緒言

　純音オーヂオメーターに対する狂信的な一時期が過ぎると，言語聽力の実体を把握するためにはやはり語音を使用する検査の方が色々な点で望ましい事が再認識される樣になつた。過去の原始的な聽取距離測定の咡語検査に飽足らず，優れた電気音響装置を駆馳したSpeech Audiometryの目覚ましい発達は実にこゝ十数年来の事である。

　戦後我国に於ても，河田，岡本氏等によつて邦語音の明瞭度に関する研究がなされたが，日常の診療に応用するには，やゝ繁雑で，尚おかなりの難点を免れない。

　SHIIDA and ARAI attempted the speech audiometry with plain Japanese speech sounds in short time making a record spoken into with digits of two figures for threshold test and monosyllables (vowels and consonants) for discrimination test by way of practical use.

　We can examine the speech hearing ability of deafened persons on our speech audiograms and suggested this meteod is useful for strict diagnosis of perseption deafness especially with the articulation curve in six types we classified.
