自律神經障碍に基く鼻出血と其療法としての7％重曹水靜脈内注射

　緒言

　吾々は臨床上鼻出血を主訴とする症例は屡々遭遇する．然してその原因を容易に把握出来る場合もあるが，出血が頑固でその本態が明かでないものも比較的多い．

　松山は1949年長谷川臨床に於て原因不明の発作性鼻出血症例に遭遇し，諸検査によつて自律神経機能の障碍を認め，之が鼻出血の1原因と成り得べきものと思考し後藤の1例と共に報告した．

MATSUYAMA and his associates found exudative capillary hemorrhage the cause of epistaxis in 6 ca-ses in whom the hemorrhage began spontaneously and without apparent cause. From evidences muste-red together by drug reactions on the autonomic ne-rvous system, the pulse rate and tissue examinations the capillary hemorrhage was believed to have been the result of some disturbances brought upon the autonomic nervous system. Seven per cent sodium bicarbonate solutions intravenously given appeared to be effective in bringing about the necessary and an adequate hemostasis.
