重曹注射により治癒せし原因不明の血痰1例

　結言　重曹水静注が血管痙攣性の所謂血管神経症と考えられているメニエル氏病を始めとし，原因不明の特発性鼻出血，扁摘後の喉頭蓋特発性出血等に対し著効を奏し，又泌尿器科に於いても激しい特発性腎出血が救助されたことが報告されている。我々は内科的にも耳鼻咽喉科的にも格別の所見を示さない血痰，然も喉頭部に不快感を伴つて発作性に反覆して起つたもので，種々の止血剤の注射が行われたが奏効しなかつた患者に遭遇し，之に重曹水静注を行い，直ちに効果を認めたので，ここに報告し，諸家の御追試を乞う次第である。

Various tests performed to determine the sourse of bleeding resulted in negative reports; the use of Various hemostatics was equally ineffective.
