後頭下穿刺による腦脊髄液多量「パンピング」の内耳性難聽及び聾に対する臨床的観察—（第4報）

　緒言

　先に後頭下穿刺による腦脊髄液多量「パンピング」の内耳性難聽メニエル氏症候群，及び聾の聽力に及ぼす治療效果は，第1報（耳鼻咽喉科第21卷10号）第2報（耳鼻咽喉科第22卷6号）に於て，Bezold-Edelmann氏連続音叉による聽力検査によつてその成績を述べたが，此の度，「オーヂオメーター」による聽力検査を行い，各周波数に於る可聽閾の変動を観察し其の效果の再検討を試ると共に，全治療例の聽力に対する效果を，病類別に分類し，疾病と聽力に対する治療效果との関係を観察した．よつて此所に是を発表して諸賢の御参考に供したいと思う．

　HOMMA re-examines the effects of "Spinal Pumping" as it is performed at the suboccital region for the treatment of hard of hearing, with audiometric tests. By this treatment the average increase if 14 decibele in capacity of hearing was eatablished in the range of middle tone which is most-used for ordinary conversational hearing the incre ase was the avarage of 10 decibels. Other ohservn ations such as in the width of audible wave range and associated phenomenona arising therefrom are noted. Pathological classification is made on 52 Patients who are afflicted with hard of hearing andthe effects which the present treatment has uponeach type are considered. And lastly, the criterionupon which the patients may be selected for "Spinal Pumping" treatment is discussed.
