上顎洞細網肉腫症例

　緒書　抑々細網肉腫とは緒方教授の命名に懸り紙網細胞の異常増生による肉腫で，之に注意され初めて歴史は尚淺く，高原教授は昭和15年詳しく述べて居られるが，比較的この症例は少い．廣神氏も述べて居る樣に，主として耳鼻科關係のもの多く．特に扁桃腺及び鼻咽腔のものが多く，上顎のものは甚だ少い樣で我國の文献に於ても大澤氏（昭和16年），林氏（昭和23年），末光氏等（昭和25年）の3症例を見るのみである．私も最近之が1例を經験したから追加報告したいと思う．

IWATA reports a case of osteolytic sarcoma. A man aged 43, at the time of his first consultation, complained of impaired nassal breathing of one year standing which recently became worse with swelling of the right cheek and profuse malodorous nasal discharge. the diagnosis of osteolytic sarcoma was made and the right maxillary bone was removed. Roentgen-ray treatment is being administered as post-operative measure but no sigos. is of recurrence is re-congnized, as yet.
