早期に睪丸に轉移せりと思はれる上顎洞細網肉腫の1例

　緒言

　細網肉腫の病理組織像については今日一応の確立を見たとは云へ，未だ種々の点に於て未解決め点が残されている．

　従来細網肉腫は所謂造血組織に好発する事は周知の事とされているが，今日迄に報告された細網肉腫は好んで淋巴性乃至骨髄性組織に発生して居り，特に淋巴性組織に認められるものが最も多い．

　NAKAGAWA AND ISHII reoprt a case of reticulosarcoma of mexillary sinus with an early metastasis to the testis. A man aged 70 complained of profuse nasal discharge, impaired nasal breathing, pain and difficulty in wearing upper denture because of swelling over right maxillary sinus for the duration of 15 months. For the past 11 months the patient alse noted swelling of the right testis but there has been no pain here. Malignancy of the maxillary sinus and the testis was suspected and specimens removed from both localities showed the condition to be reticulosarcoma. The patient died. No permission for necrepsy was obtained but the affection in the testis was assumed to be a metastasis from the maxillary focus.
