I．はじめに

　分娩外傷による頭蓋内出血の中で，後頭蓋窩硬膜下血腫は比較的稀で重症例が多く，それらは延髄の呼吸中枢の圧迫により急激な臨床経過をたどり死亡することが多い．そのため生前に診断，治療される症例は少なかったが，最近のCTの普及に伴い救命される例も散見されるようになった．われわれは2例の分娩外傷による後頭蓋窩硬膜下血腫症例を経験したが，いずれもCT上血腫は厚かったものの非手術的治療により軽快したのでCTスキャンの経時的変化を呈示し報告する．

Among various cases of intracranial hemorrhage in the newborn caused by birth injury, posterior fossa subdural hematoma is of serious nature in many cases and often results in death after critical clinical course due to compression of the respiratory center of the medulla oblongata. We have recently experienced two cases of subdural hematoma in the posterior fossa caused by birth injury, which we successfully treated non-surgically. Herein, we report these two cases and present a sequential CT scan of each.

The first case is a full-term (39 weeks gestation) male infant.
