I．はじめに

　グリオーマの手術は，病変の拡がりが術中に確実に把握できないことや，重篤な神経学的な欠損を危惧して全別出を断念すること等のために，多くの場合，手術に加えて多様な補助療法が施行されている．それにも拘らずほとんどの例で再発が必至であり，そのため術後早期より綿密なfollow-upが必要である．この目的のためにCTスキャンの果す役割は大きい．著者らは，follow-upCTで限局性の切除し残しがあったり，経過中に再発が明らかになれば積極的に可及的早期に再手術を行うようにしている．その結果，再手術によって半年から1年以上の有意義な生存期間が延長され，なかには極めて長期生存のえられた例もある．本稿においては，術後のfollow-up CT像をわれわれの症例にもとづいて述べ，再手術の成績につき報告する．

1. In operation for gliomas, it is our principle toremove extensively by sucker dissection technique.But, in many cases, we cannot achieve total removalbecause of invasion of tumor cells into the deep orvital structure. Postoperatively we apply irradiation,chemotherapy and immunotherapy in every cases.Even after multimodality treatment, recurrence maybe inevitable. In order to check the recurrence asearly as possible, we took follow-up CT scan regularly.When the recurrence appeared on CT scan, we activelyperformed reoperation. In this paper, we presentcharacteristics of follow-up CT scan and result of the reoperation.
