I．はじめに

　頭蓋内germ cell tumorは脳室壁，頭蓋内・脊髄くも膜下腔へびまん性発育をきたすことが報告されている．しかし報告例の大部分は剖検例である^10）．ところが近年CTが導入されてからは臨床例での報告が目立っている^{7,14,17,22,23,26）}．当科では15歳以下の頭蓋内germ celltumorを，現在までのところ19例経験している．そのうち播種性またはびまん性発育をきたした例は8例あり今回この8例の臨床病理像を検討したので報告する．

Recently reports of the cases with intracranial germcell tumor associated with dissemination to the centralnervous system are increased since the introduction ofCT scan. The authors experienced 8 cases with thedissemination among 19 cases of intracranial germ celltumor in childhood, and discussed their clinico-patho-logical features.

Before the CT scan era, the authors experienced onlyone case with dissemination, who was a 11 years-oldboy (Case 1) and revealed two cell pattern pinealomasdisseminating on the subependymal layer of all ventri-cles and in the basal cisterns at autopsy.
