播種性転移を示した延髄血管芽腫の1例

A Case of Hemangioblastoma with Subarachnoid Dissemination

I．はじめに

　血管芽腫の多発例はしばしば経験するが，広範な播種をきたした症例の報告は文献上2例のみである^7）．今回，われわれは延髄area postremaに発生した血管芽腫の術後，5カ月で右被殻部の脳内出血をきたし，剖検にて天幕上下くも膜下腔への広範な播種性転移を認めた症例を経験したので報告する．

Abstract

A case is reported in which a diffuse subarachnoid dissemination occurred after successful removal of a posterior fossa hemangioblastoma.

The patient was a 51-year-old man who suffered from headache and gait disturbance, and who was admitted to our hospital on September 25, 1985. Neuro-logical examination revealed trunkal ataxia and in-creased intracranial pressure. A CT scan with contrast media revealed a high-density lesion with surrounding low-density area in the posterior fossa.
