I．はじめに

　脳腫瘍から出血を来たす症例はそれほど稀なものではないが，多くはglioblastomaや転移性脳腫瘍であり，meningiomaでは稀である．われわれは近接する中大脳動脈末梢に動脈瘤を伴った，頭頂，後頭葉convexitymalignant meningiomaからの出血により脳実質内血腫を形成した1症例を経験し，手術的に治癒せしめたので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

A case of asymptomatic convexity meningioma causing intracerebral hemorrhage and with an aneurysm of the branch of the middle cerebral artery is reported. Operation disclosed an encapsulated tumor of 9cm in diameter and intracerebral hemorrhage was found medial to it. Histological diagnosis of the tumor was a malig nant meningioma. The mechanism of hemorrhage and the relation between the tumor arid occurence of an aneurysm have been discussed with a review of the literature.
