膀胱内に突出した前立腺上皮性ポリープ

Prostatic Polyp Protruding into the Bladder:A Case Report

　症例は51歳，男性。主訴は肉眼的血尿と排尿困難であった。超音波検査にて膀胱頸部に隆起性病変を認め，膀胱腫瘍を疑われて当院に紹介された。膀胱尿道鏡検査にて，前立腺部尿道の精阜左側から発生した有茎性ポリープ状腫瘤が2つ確認され，そのうちの1つが膀胱内に突出していることが判明した。腫瘍は経尿道的に切除され，その上皮はPSA，PAP染色にて陽性であり，前立腺上皮性ポリープと診断された。

A 51-year-old male was referred to our hospital for grosshematuria and voiding difficulty. Ultrasonogram presenteda small mass at the bladder neck, which strongly suggestedthe existence of bladder tumor. Urethroscopy revealed twopedunculated polyps beside the verumontanum and one ofwhich protruded into the bladder. Transurethral resectionof the polyps was performed. Histologically, the polypswere covered by columner cells which stained positive forprostate specific antigen and prostate acid phosphatase.Endoscopical and histological appearance of the polyp wascompatible to the category ofprostatic polyp of the urethra.
