膀胱原発悪性黒色腫

Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Bladder:A Case Report

　68歳，男性。1985年より膀胱腫瘍の再発を繰り返している。1997年12月，膀胱頂部に小指頭大，黒色の腫瘍がみられた。TURBTにて悪性黒色腫と病理診断された。1998年4月15日悪性黒色腫の腫瘍再発があり，膀胱全摘，リンパ節郭清，回腸導管造設術を施行した。膀胱に原発した悪性黒色腫と考えられた。膀胱原発の悪性黒色腫はきわめて稀であり，本邦においては3例目である。

A 68-year-old man with recurrent bladder tumor wasadmitted because of a finger-tip sized darkly tumor atthe dome of bladder. Transurethral resection of bladdertumor was performed. Histological examinationrevealed malignant melanoma.Total cystectomy, ilealconduit and lymphadenectomy were performed 5months later. The patients is doing well and shows nosign of metastasis and reccurence 3 years after opera-tion.
