両側同時発生をみた精巣上体平滑筋腫

Simultaneous Bilateral Epididymal Leiomyoma

　63歳，男性。左陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に当科を受診した。触診上，両側精巣上体領域に腫瘤を触知した。血液検査などにて特に異常を認めず，両側精巣上体の良性腫瘍と診断し，両側腫瘍摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的検査上，平滑筋腫であった。両側同時発生した精巣上体平滑筋腫は，過去に本邦で18例の報告があり，自験例が19例目と思われた。

A 63-years-old man visited our hospital with the chief complaint of left scrotal painless mass. We palpated bilateral scrotal masses, which were both at the tail of epididymis. The tumors were surgically removed and the right and left tumors measured 10×10×10 mm and 25×25×20 mm respectively. On the cut surface, the tumors were yellow-ish and solid, and were revealed to be epididymal leiomyoma by histological examination. This case was 19th case to be reported as epididymal leiomyoma in the Japanese literature.
