精巣上体平滑筋腫の1例

EPIDIDYMAL LEIOMYOMA:A CASE REPORT

　症例は58歳の男性で，半年前からの左陰嚢内の無痛性腫瘤を主訴として来院した。左精巣の尾側に拇指頭大で圧痛のない腫瘤を触知した。超音波検査とMRIにより，精巣とは明瞭な境界を有し，内部像はやや不均一な充実性腫瘍と診断された。悪性腫瘍が完全には否定しきれなかったため，左高位精巣摘除術を施行した。腫瘤は精巣上体尾部から発生しており病理診断は平滑筋腫であった。自験例の画像診断上の特徴について検討した。

A 58-year-old male visited Nagoya City University Hospital complaining of a left scrotal painless mass.The mass was thumb tip size and palpated below the left testis. Ultrasonography and MR imaging revealedthat the mass was visually heterogenous not invading the testis. In spite of these findings, malignant tumorcould not be ruled out and radical orchiectomy was performed. The histological diagnosis was epididymal leiomyoma.
