後腹膜漿液性嚢胞の2例

Retroperitoneal Cysts:2 Case Reports

　［症例1］は77歳，女性。他科疾患検査中に偶然発見された。［症例2］は44歳，女性。顕微鏡的血尿を主訴に来院した。いずれも超音波検査にて腎下極に接するように嚢胞様腫瘤を認め，CT,MRIにて後腹膜嚢胞が疑われ，精査および加療目的にて入院となった。入院後の諸検査にても後腹膜嚢胞を疑い手術を施行し，解剖学的位置を確認し，後腹膜嚢胞と診断し嚢胞を摘出した。術後の病理組織学的検討の結果においても後腹膜漿液性嚢胞と診断した。1例は内容液中のCA125とCA19-9の高値を認め，2例とも免疫組織化学的にはCA125の局在を認めた。

A retroperitoneal cyst is rare and only 50 cases have been previously reported in the Japanese literature. Two cases of retroperitoneal cyst are herein reported. One case was a 77-year-old woman incidentally detected and the other case was 44-year-old woman with the cheif complaint of asymptomatic microhematuria. Both cases were diagnosed as retroperitoneal cyst according to the findings of CT and MRI, and surgical excisions with retroperitoneal approach were performed. The cysts were resected easily. Fluid of cyst (case 2) containing a high level of CA19-9 and CA125 was obtained.
