高齢で発見された巨大水腎・水尿管症

Giant hydronephrosis and megaureter detected in an old aged

　われわれは高齢で巨大尿管を伴う巨大水腎症を呈した症例を経験したので報告する。症例は78歳，女性で，1999年7月12日他院にて貧血精査中に超音波にて水腎症が疑われ，当科を受診した。CTにて巨大水腎症が認められ，逆行性腎盂造影にて右尿管膀胱移行部狭窄に伴う巨大尿管ならびに巨大水腎症と診断した。腎盂内容量は1,600mlであった。尿細胞診は陰性で悪性所見はなく，手術にての摘出を勧めたが同意が得られず，経過観察中である。

　A 78-year old female presented with giant hydronephrosis and megaureter cased by stenosis of the ureterovesical junction,which was detected for the first time in her life.The pelvic capacity was 1,600mland the cause of the stenosis was thought to be congenital.We recommended nephroureterectomy,but was not accepted.
