無痛性陰囊内腫大を主訴とした精巣上体平滑筋腫

Epididymal leiomyoma：A case report

79歳男性が左陰囊の腫大を主訴に当院を受診した。初診から9年後に再診したが，超音波検査・MRIで4.6cmの傍精巣腫瘍を認めた。外科的に摘除術を施行して病理組織学的に原発精巣上体平滑筋腫と診断した。

A 79-year-old male visited our clinic with the complaint of a nodule in the left scrotum. After 9 years of the first visit,he appeared with the same complaint again. The nodule in the left scrotum was slightly increased in size. Magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasonography revealed a paratesticular tumor,4.6 cm in diameter. The tumor was surgically removed,and histological examination revealed primary leiomyoma of the epididymis.
