精巣上体平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF THE EPIDIDYMAL LEIOMYOMA

　症例は20歳，男性。約2週間前より自覚した左陰嚢内容の腫瘤を主訴に来院した。左精巣上体体部に小指頭大の無痛性の腫瘤をみとめ，左精巣上体腫瘍の診断で腫瘤摘出術を施行した。腫瘤は精巣上体体部より発生しており，白色で境界明瞭，被膜に包まれ周囲との癒着は認められず，組織学的には平滑筋腫であった。自験例を含め本邦73例の精巣上体平滑筋腫を集計した。

A 20-year-old male visited Nihon University Surugadai Hospital with a chief complaint of left scrotalpainless mass, which was palpated at the body of epididymis. The removed tumor, 1cm in diameter wascoverd with a thin capsule and the cut surface was whitish-yellow. Histological examination revealed thetypical microscopic features of leiomyoma.

We were able to study on 73 cases of epididymal leiomyoma which had been previously published inJapan.
