Abstract 文献概要

　15歳，男性。陰茎彎曲を主訴に来院。陰茎は，勃起時，非勃起時とも腹側に約60度彎曲していた。陰部外傷の既往はなく，外尿道口は正常部位に開口し，陰茎に索状物，硬結を触知しなかかったことから，先天性陰茎彎曲症と診断した。治療として，彎曲部凸側で陰茎白膜を切開せず，縫縮するのみで彎曲を矯正するplication法を施行した。術後1年を経過するが，再発を認めていない。

A 15-year-old man visited Izumi Municipal Hospital complaining curvature of the penis. As the urethral meatus was normal without any palpable chordee, diagnosis was congenital penile curvature. According to corporeal plica-tion method, Buck's fascia was incised and the tunica albuginea was exposed at the dorsal surface of the curvature.Eleven points of the tunica were plicated using absorbable suture and adequacy of repair was identified after artificial erection induced by intracavemous saline-injection. About 1 year after operation, obvious recurrence has not been found.
