肺転移から発見された前立腺癌

A Case of the Prostatic Cancer That Was Discovered from the Lung Metastasis

　80歳，男性。老人検診の胸部X線で転移性肺癌と診断された。原発巣検索の目的で行った血中PSAが高値であったため，前立腺針生検で前立腺腺癌と確定診断を下した。肺転移を契機に発見された前立腺癌としては，本邦19例目に相当する症例であった。

We report a case of eighty years old prostatic cancer patient found primarity by metastatic lesion appeared in chest rentogenogram taken on a medical check-up examination. His blood prostatic specific antigen was high and digital rectal examination disclosed a large indurated prostate.Needle biopsy of the prostate was done and histological diagnosis was moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma. This is the nineteenth case reported in Japan of the prostatic cancer discovered by lung metastasis.
