23歳，男性。陰茎勃起時，腹側に強度の弯曲を認め性交不能を主訴に来院。先天性陰茎弯曲症の診断のもとに左右の陰茎海綿体白膜をそれぞれ2か所ナイロン糸を用いて縦に縫縮するcorporal plicationで陰茎の短縮，変型を招くことなく満足できる結果を得た。
A 23-year old male with congenital ventral curvature of the penis is presented. We performed a corrective operation for this patient using plication of each tunica albuginca on the opposite side of the angulation. This methods of surgical repair is fast and simple of perform.
