埋没陰茎・真性包茎を合併した陰茎型尿道上裂

Epispadias with Complete Phimosis and Concealed Penis

　1歳，男児。生下時から陰茎の埋没を指摘されており，陰茎の形態異常を主訴に当科を受診した。外陰部は埋没陰茎，真性包茎の状態であった。手術にて尿道上裂と判明し，尿道形成術を施行した。本疾患と単なる埋没陰茎との術前の鑑別方法は陰茎縫線の不明瞭さにあると思われた。埋没陰茎，真性包茎を合併した尿道上裂の報告は，本邦では自験例が4例目であった。

An unusual variant of concealed penis is described. A 1-year-old boy presented shortly after birth with concealedpenis. The penis was very short and buried within the foreskin, so that the shaft was not palpable. The foreskinwas tightly phimotic, and the glans could not be exposed.Epispadias with complete phimosis was diagnosed and surgically corrected. The physical findings of this unusualanomaly were reviewed.
