腹部大動脈瘤と膀胱憩室を伴う前立腺肥大症に対する一期的手術例

A Case of Bladder Diverticulectomy, Retropubic Prostatectomy and Simultaneous Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Repair

　66歳，男性。主訴，腹部拍動性腫瘤。腹部大動脈瘤人工血管置換術と膀胱憩室切除術，前立腺被膜下摘除術と術前診断し，それらに対して一期的手術を施行した。術中，術後ともに問題なく退院となった症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We reported the case of a 66-year-old man who underwent simultaneous operation for the bladder diverticulum due to benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) and abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), because bladder diverticulum was praced just before the AAA. Urinary tract infection due to bladder diverticulum and intraoperative bleeding caused by pros- tatectomy were the matter of debate in performing AAA repair simultaneously.
