　症例は，71歳，男性。右側腹部痛を主訴に来院した。画像診断で右尿管下端の腫瘤と右水腎症を認めた。経尿道的腫瘍生検でアミロイドーシスと診断し，限局性尿管アミロイドーシスの術前診断で右尿管下端を含めて膀胱部分切除術および膀胱尿管新吻合術を施行した。限局性尿管アミロイドーシスは比較的稀な疾患であり，本症例は本邦23例目の報告と思われる。

The patient was a 71-year-old male with a complaint of right flank pain. Right hydronephroureter due to a mass occurring from the end of the ureter was depicted by ultrasonogram and direct pyeloureterogram. Transurethral biopsy of the mass revealed amyloidosis and there were no other pathological findings such as Bence-Jones prol-teinuria, abnormal serum protein function and deposit of amyloid obtained from biopsy of the rectal mucosa. Under the diagnosis of localized amyloidosis of the ureter, he underwent segmental resection of the lower ureter with cuff resection of bladder and ureterovesico-neostomy.
