腎結核に伴う流注膿瘍の1例

Gravitation Abscess Developed from Renal Tuberculosis:A Case Report

　症例は54歳の女性。発熱，右側腹部痛を主訴に来院した。内科での腹部エコー，腹部CT検査により右腎に巨大な腫瘤性病変を認め，腎腫瘍を疑われて当科を紹介された。MRI，血管造影を行ったが，確定診断は困難であった。右腎摘除術を施行し，右腎背側から多量の乳白色の膿を排出した。病理組織診断は腎結核であった。

We report a case of gravitation abscess developed from renal tuberculosis, A 54-year-old woman was admitted because of low grade fever and right back pain. Abdominal ultrasonography and CT demonstrated large mass in the right kidney. It was difficult to differenciate renal abscess from renal tumor by imaging diagnosis involving MRI and angiography preoperatively. Right nephrectomy was per-formed and lot of pus discharge was seen from dorsal side of the right kidney during the operation.Histopathological diagnosis was renal tuberculosis.
