限局性腎盂アミロイドーシスの2例

Two cases of localized amyloidosis of the renal pelvis

アミロイドーシスとは，線維構造をもつ特異な蛋白質であるアミロイドが細胞外に沈着し，機能障害を引き起こす疾患で，全身性と限局性に分類される。限局性アミロイドーシスで尿路病変はしばしばみられるが膀胱病変が多くを占め，限局性腎盂アミロイドーシスは極めてまれである。

We report two cases of localized amyloidosis of the renal pelvis, a condition that is extremely rare. This condition typically presents with hematuria and flank pain, which can mimic urothelial carcinoma. In both cases, CT scans revealed thickening and calcifications of the renal pelvic wall, which are characteristic findings for this disease. MRI was performed in one case, showing low signal intensity on T2-weighted image and high ADC value. These imaging characteristics may assist in diagnosing localized amyloidosis of the renal pelvis.
