- Abstract 文献概要
術前に内視鏡診断が可能であつた小児尿管ホリープの1例について報告した。主訴は左側腹部痛および悪心嘔吐，超音波検査にて左水腎症が認められた。順行性腎盂造影にて，左尿管には第4腰椎の高さで完全陰影欠損像が認められたので，経皮的に軟性鏡を挿入して病変部を観察し，生検を施行した、組織学的に線維上皮性ポリープと診断されたので，1週間後に尿管部分切除術，尿管端々吻合術を施行した。
A 12 year-old boy presented with complaint of left flank pain. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed left hydronephrosis. Antegrade pyelography showed complete left ureteral obstruction at the middle ureter. A nephrostomy catheter was indwelt, then the tract was dilated to 26 Fr. size. Cholangiofiberscope was inserted into the ureter through the nephrostomy tract. Round ureteral polyps were observed. Biopsied specimen showed no malignancy. Histological diagnosis was fibroepithelial polyps. Partial resection of the ureter and uretero-uretero anastomosis were performed.
