11歳，男子．左側腹部痛を主訴とした，尿管ポリープを経験した．排泄性腎盂造影にて左水腎症を認め，腎盂形成術を施行した．術後経過は良好で，1.5年を経過した現在，水腎症の改善を認める．自験例は本邦報告第38例目にあたる．
A case of ureteral polyps at ureteropelvic junction in a 11-year-old male with a chief complaint of left flank pain is reported. The excretory urogram showed left hydronephrosis of moderate degree. Resection of UP junction and polyps and pyeloplasty were performed. The pathological diagnosis was benign polyps of the ureter. After resection, the patient was completely free from flank pain, and DIP of 1.5 year after the operation revealed satisfactory passage of anastomosis site.
