腎結石を合併した左胸部腎

A CASE OF LEFT THORACIC KIDNEY WITH RENAL CALCULI

　59歳女性。再発性膀胱炎を主訴に当科初診。排泄性尿路撮影，逆行性尿路撮影，CT検査で腎結石を合併した左胸部腎と診断した。本症例は稀な疾患であり，本邦では57例目でそのうち，腎結石合併例は2例目と思われる。

A 59-year-old female patient visited our clinic for recurrent cystitis on October 15, 1983. Urinalysis showed microhematuria and cystoscopic examination revealed normal bladder mucosa with minimal reddish portion. IVP, RP and CT revealed thoracic kidney with renal calculi. Further examination and operative treatment was not performed. Thoracic kidney is rare and this is the 57th reported case in the Japanese literature. Moreover the case with renal calculi is, to our knowledge, the 2nd in the literature.
